Oluyemi (Yemi) Koyejo (B.Sc., MBA, FCCA)

Yemi has a holistic understanding of the Oil and Gas business, a dedication to professionalism, and a passion for leadership. She is a proven financial leader with a career of distinction earned through demonstrated success in supporting multi-billion-dollar organizations with highly complex financial structures.

During her 40 years of service, working across all sections of Controllers and Planning functions in ExxonMobil companies at both Affiliate and Corporate, Yemi developed core competencies in Financial Reporting & Analysis, Joint Interest Accounting, Capital & Operating Budget development, Investment analysis, Internal Controls, Project Management and Controls, and process improvement initiatives. She is an advocate for sharing and disseminating best practices to promote excellence in business.

In 2009, Yemi received her MBA at Rice University, Houston, and graduated as a Jones Scholar, an award reserved for the top 10% of the graduating class. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a BSc. Social Sciences (Econs), 2nd Class Upper.

Outside of ExxonMobil, she is a Director at Arms Wide Adoption Services, a US non-profit organization promoting adoption of children in foster care and mentors young professionals. Her passion is in developing people, building a stronger community, and raising funds for the multiple organizations she supports.
